Social event for adults, with a warm welcome from the FACE team. Have a cuppa, natter, and meet some new people. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate and a sweet snack provided. Occasional visitors from Age UK and others. There is no fixed entry fee, but donations are gratefully received.

This fitness group started in 2022 and is a great chance to build strength and confidence alongside others. It may be low impact, but its still a great workout! Come along and give it a try (please arrive 10 minutes early on your first visit to complete simple health form for the session leader Irmina)
