Started in 2022, this tai chi and qi gong session is perfect for meeting with others but also for grabbing some 'you' time! Please come 10 minutes earlier on your first week to complete a quick health questionnaire for the instructor Aisling. Not open on bank holidays  

Social event for adults, with a warm welcome from the FACE team. Have a cuppa, natter, and meet some new people. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate and a sweet snack provided. Occasional visitors from Age UK and others. There is no fixed entry fee, but donations are gratefully received.

A weekly youth club for young people in the Filton area who are in School Years 8-12 (aged 13-18). Activities include arts & crafts, sports, quizzes, issue-based work, cooking, media, trips and more! The programming is led by young people.

This fitness group started in 2022 and is a great chance to build strength and confidence alongside others. It may be low impact, but its still a great workout! This group is for young people aged 13-25 years with social or learning disabilities, and meets 7-9pm Mondays at FACE Youth Centre in Filton.
