We have a great building space in Filton in the St Andrews Methodist Youth Centre, which is hired from the church next door and we utilise for much of our community work.

We also now run the Patchway Youth Centre from 2023 and we have a refurbishment programme starting through 2024-25 to bring the building back to life!

We hire out our buildings to other community groups when we are not using it, to help raise funds to pay the bills and which can support the charity’s work. There are booking conditions and these can be requested and arranged through the office. We do accommodate children’s birthday parties for our members or those known to us on some weekend afternoons however we very rarely accommodate evening parties due to our proximity to our neighbours and not wanting to encourage large noisy gatherings in the evenings!

The photos here are from our Filton site, photos of Patchway coming soon!

Our diner area can be moved around as needed for arts/crafts, quizzes, food preparation, events, meetings, etc and opens on to the steps to the hall

We have a small but functional and equipped kitchen space (We now have a new induction hob since the photo below was taken!).

The other end of the kitchen is our tuck shop area and fridge/freezer with hatches to the foyer/diner.

We have a training room, which can be used for smaller meetings and activities  - including accessing big screen TV (cannot access TV, but can be used for DVDs or laptop presentations via HDMI), DVD player, karaoke, PlayStation, Wii, etc. The room can hold around 12 people sat at tables, or more sat in rows. This room was kindly redecorated for us by an NCS team in October 2017.

We have an IT suite ‘The Surf Shack’ with 8 PCs and interactive whiteboard.
